  • Meal #1 – 11am – 3 eggs scrambled with cream cheese, chives and bacon jam cooked with avocado oil and butter
  • Meal #2 – 1pm – 4 pieces of bacon
  • Meal #3 – 5pm – Grass fed beef cubes in bone broth with asparagus, 2 strips of bacon and 1 egg
  • Snack 1 – 3 brasil nuts
  • Snack 2 – 1 slice of smoked duck breast with the fat!
