Diet

  • Meal #1 – Egg, bacon, cheese sandwich on an oopsie roll, pictures above, delicious!
  • Meal #2 – Took supplements, milk thistle, omega 3, vitamin d, probiotic
  • Meal #3 – 5pm – 4oz asparagus, 3oz chicken, butter, vitamin d supplement
  • Snack 1 – ate a little prime rib, quality cotrol, 6pm
  • Snack 2 – pepperoni and cheese 3pm, and a slice of cheddar later

Comments:

  • Blood Sugar 120 before workout, still fasting at 9am, BPC around 9:30am, BS 105 at noon, still haven’t eaten anything, BS 133 at 10pm
