Well, tonight its going to be chicken. And I will enjoy the crispy, fatty skin the most of all! Can you believe those low fat yokels that don’t eat the skin?! Its crazy! Plus, I’m going to have asparagus with lots of butter! More fat. The only carbs I’m going to get will be from the asparagus. No bread, no potatoes or rice, etc, etc. Room for more good protein and fat. What else have I been eating? Steaks and Veggies. Cheeseburgers on Oopsie Rolls. BLTs on Oopsie Rolls. Salads, Breakfast Sandwiches, Primal Meatballs, Veggies and Butter. And of course bacon and eggs!
