When you go out to eat, its not always easy to stay Primal. Those pesky restaurant chefs are always doing something to sabotage your diet! Well, my wife and I own Harry’s Hideaway Restaurant in Cornville, Arizona and if your in the Sedona area make sure to stop by. There’s always something Primal on the menu and if you give us a call several days beforehand, we can go nuts (tree nut are primal)! If you live in the area, you can make Harry’s Hideaway your Primal eating spot. Here’s the plan. We’re open 5 nights for dinner, Tuesday through Saturday. Eat a meal at our restaurant every shift we’re open! Now, now, now, take it easy! We’re reasonably priced and it won’t cost you that much. Plus, you can drop your membership at the health club and forgo that personal trainer and you’re right back on that money track! For your other meals you can have a protein shake or make a simple Primal meal for yourself. Or better yet, you can buy some of our food “to go” and heat it up at your convenience! The point is you’re eating Primal all around the clock and 80%, that’s right 80%, of your success will be from what you’re eating. You want to lose weight, we’ll lose weight. If you’re already at a good weight, we’ll maintain that weight and you’ll be feeling a lot better. When you get rid of the junk, you will feel better! No gluten or grains, no sugar (except what’s in some of the fruit you can eat), no legumes, no bread, no pasta. Sounds impossible doesn’t it? Well, I did it and I work in a kitchen all day! Once you get the hang of it and do it for a while, it’ll become second nature and you won’t miss a thing. There’s no plan to sign up for and no contract. Just come eat at our restaurant. I’m a Certified Primal Blueprint Coach too, so we can talk about the whole Primal thing.
