So there you have it! When you look at those spices, do you use them a lot? I would say I use garlic the most, then oregano. But after that, they’re all tied for last. Now, I live in Arizona, so I eat my share of chili powder and cumin, but that’s mostly in the restaurant. At home, hardly any! I’m going to have to work on that. I’m going to do a dish at the restaurant starting out sauteing raw chicken or shrimp in some olive oil and butter, then I’ll hit it with some fresh chopped garlic and salt, saute, then add cumin, ginger, oregano, and a tiny bit of cinnamon, some red pepper flakes, saute and make sure your protein is finished cooking. Plate it then top with julienne strips of sage. I’ll update this post with a pic as soon as I make it!
