I’m working on a couple new Primal Cooking Challenges. The first one I’m working on is Dairy Free Primal Cooking. When I look at the pictures of all the food I’ve eaten over the last 2 years, I’ve noticed quite a bit of dairy products. Lots of cheese. When I do a 21 day Metabolic Reset there’s no cheese or other dairy products involved and at the end of the 21 days I notice that I’ve lost some weight. After doing this several times I’ve finely put 2 and 2 together and maybe cut back on the dairy full time and see if I can get off that weight loss plateau.
