Eat High fat, Low Carb

Bacon and eggs, the NEW breakfast of champions! I've been eating high fat and low carb for a year now and I've lost 60+ lbs and have gotten off my high blood pressure and Type II diabetes meds!!!!!!!! Plus, I feel great!

Meat and Vegetables and some fruit

There are tons of delicious and filling things to eat! Just leave out the grains, legumes and vegetable oils. Olive oil and coconut is ok! High fat dairy is ok too! So butter, heavy cream and high fat cheeses are all good!

Get up and move!

80% of your success will be in the food you eat. Only 10% is exercise, but its an important 10%! Moving around whether its walking the dog, hiking the neighborhood or your favorite trail, riding a bike, whatever it takes to get you moving will help burn off the fat faster!

Get 8 Hours of Sleep

Sleep is important! Sleep is when your body resets and repairs itself. Getting a good night's sleep will help improve your energy levels for the coming day.

Let's Eat!

Eat Primal and Become a FAT BURNING BEAST!

You have to reduce your carb intake. Sugar and things that turn into sugar in your body are bad. Like pasta, breads and other starches. No grains or legumes so that means no wheat, no corn, no rice, no beans, etc. The big thing is no gluten! Gluten can contribute to a leaky gut and inhibits mineral and vitamin absorption and that happens to everyone not just severe Celiacs! Now for the good part! If you reduce carbs, what do you replace them with? FAT! Bacon, rib eyes, crispy chicken skin, butter, coconut oil, olive oil, cheese, heavy cream, avocados and more are all good! These high fat foods will make your meals very satisfying. You'll stay fuller longer and once you become fat adapted, you'll eat less! You'll reprogram your genes and turn yourself from a sugar burner to a fat burning beast! 80% of your success is related to the foods you eat and that's why I'm here!
